The raw material for our Olive Scrub comes from the province of Tarragona in Northern Spain and is of the Arbequina variety. Produced during the preparation of table olives, our stones are meticulously washed and partially dried before being shipped to the UK for further drying and milling in our facility in Suffolk.

Our OliveScrub product, unlike a lot of other cheaper alternatives, is not a by product of the Olive Oil production process. This process leaves a solid cake that can be milled and passed off as milled Olive Stone.
